Hi! Welcome to Presents 4 Preemies!

The Newborn Intensive Care Unit is where most premature babies, and some full-term babies, spend their first days to months of life. Parents stay with their infants as much as they can, but they have to go elsewhere to sleep, and often have other children to care for. Time in the NICU is hard, emotionally, and the nurses who care for those infants work hard to give them everything they need.

And yet, there are so many sweet moments: The first time you hold your baby, the pictures taken of her quietly sleeping, the hope that comes from them finally taking him off oxygen.

We are gathering the things that the hospitals need this year to help the babies, their parents, families, and nurses, in the hope that we can bring more sweet moments to them.
